The Terror of an Intimacy Discovered

(work in progress :)

The World is Like the Body
or the Nature that surrounds it.

Yes it functions as a Whole,
but is not cut from
One Cloth.

It is a Patchwork
of inner
Patchworks,
that, In turn,
prate against
each other.

And each Patch
has an Edge which
is shared between
the Other

And each Edge
has an outer
tension that
is woven of
the tensions
inside it.

Like a concert of
unrequited
Desires.

Yet each edge
is a paradox
that joins.

And, sometimes,
impedance
between wary
elements
Has it's
Purpose.

For if allowed
an empathetic
rub...

...One
against
the other's

texture --
foreign,

or even
coarse

And
if not
filtered
or ignored

May
then play

And discover
a resonance
that envelopes
initial
frictions

Forming a
vibrancy,
not static:
forever
young

Forever
fertile
with
promise

Fishing For The Moon in The Water

(work in progress)

If you only see a Material World
you can learn Everything
through Observation
of the Physical...

...or by it's
Deconstruction.

And even the 'Spirit"
can so be Dissected.

And Thereby,
through this
Vanity
of Process

Was the old god
made vacant.

And the old Spirit
made hollow.

Like a shell
in the Desert

Like an Echo
in the 'Now'

The Power Of Eckhart Winfrey

It's rumored that Eckhart Tolle, flush with the momentum of recent popular success (The Power of Now, The New Earth, Beyond Genitalia, The Fat-Free Heart) and so hitting while the iron is hot, is, as we speak, focusing his considerable insight and talents on what is perhaps the most profound existential question of our day, contained in the titles of his next, two book set:

(Volume 1): "Let's Seal the Deal With a Lollipop"

and...

(Volume 2)"Why Are American Kids so Fat?"

And, Rumoring Beyond Rumor:

There is even talk that Eckhart Tolle is the odds-on favorite to Be Oprah Windfrey's Next Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist.

It's So Cold Up Here

It's so cold up here
that the pen fluid
struggles to write

So during pauses,
I put the cap on
tight, to protect it
from the dryness.

And after each
pause,
I jot things down.
(repeat cycle)

Until I am done,
when sleep
overtakes
me

And I then
Lie down,

to dreams

that do not
freeze
with each
tremble

Also ..isn't it amazing how much open land is out there? You, really, appreciate this by driving on it -- not flying -- over it.

And When they talk about these "Big-Sky" states -- it's not just a metaphore for a state-of-mind -- it really does exist :)

You see the weather from miles away -- these dark clouds and curtins of rain
